Summary job description

Blue Ventures is recruiting a Project Coordinator who will have the overall management responsibilities to lead and coordinate the project. They will ensure timely delivery of the project’s activities and outputs, that the funds are timely and accurately managed, and that the donor’s rules are adhered to, whilst driving the project forward with a focus on impact.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing large and complex projects, ideally in remote and isolated locations. We want you to demonstrate your ability to lead a team bringing adaptive management skills, both programmatically and financially. You will need excellent interpersonal skills to manage the multi stakeholder relationships and strong communications skills including fluency in both French and English.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual, with an excellent knowledge of grant management, who is open to new ideas and embraces innovation. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience of building effective working partnerships for conservation and/or development.
