It is the responsibility of the Board to ensure Blue Ventures is legally and financially secure, strategic in its goals and objectives, compassionate and respectful towards the communities where we work, well governed and compliant with all fiduciary responsibilities.  

The Board operates with two officer roles: Chair (Megan Elliot) and Treasurer (Bobby Maclay) and a team of Trustees.  They meet regularly in person through subcommittees as required and as a group four times a year for the quarterly board meetings.  Full board meetings are set to advise on policy, agree on strategic direction, and monitor the progress of goals and objectives

Trustees are ultimately responsible for the decisions and actions of Blue Ventures, however, their main focus is on strategy, performance and assurance rather than operational matters.
